Aroma Oils for Professional Cold-Air Diffusion

In a scenting programme, the diffuser is bought once — the oil is what you
reorder every month. It decides how the space actually smells, how evenly the scent carries, what the installation costs to run, and whether site number forty smells like site number one. That is the part ELiX manufactures.

We produce aroma oils in Poland in our own perfumery and production facility, for hotel groups, spa and wellness operators, retail chains, offices, clinics, facility management companies and scent-marketing integrators across Europe. Ready-to-order compositions, and bespoke signature scents developed for a single brand.

Formulated for cold-air (nebulising) systems

Every oil in this range is supplied undiluted and ready to use in cold-air
diffusion equipment — pressure atomisation, no water, no heat, no carrier.
The composition is dispersed as a dry micro-mist, so the scent profile reaches the room the way it was designed in the lab, and HVAC-connected or stand-alone units can run for weeks on a single refill.

Compatibility: cold-air / nebulising diffusers, waterless,
undiluted. Not formulated for ultrasonic diffusers, humidifiers or other
water-based equipment.

Four ranges, one technical platform

Essential Oil Blends — 10 compositions

Blends built on distilled plant materials: rosemary and eucalyptus, pine
and eucalyptus, peppermint, lavender and orange, and further combinations. The natural end of the range, for spa suites, treatment rooms, saunas, fitness areas and clinics — spaces where guests expect the scent to feel botanical rather than composed.

Signature Fragrance Oils — 5 compositions

Full perfumery constructions with a top, heart and base that develop over the hours a diffuser runs: My Magic, My Soul, My Rhythm, My Odyssey, My Instinct. Made for lobbies, reception areas, suites and showrooms, where the scent is part of how the property presents itself and has to hold up from the door to the lift.

Scent Marketing Fragrance Oils — 8 compositions

Compositions with a defined commercial job: Coffee–Caramel and Cappuccino for food service and bakery zones, Leather & Oud and Musk & Amber for premium retail and automotive showrooms, Bergamot & Green Grass for fresh-format stores, Rose & Cashmere and Tuberose & Freesia for beauty and fashion, Orange & Cola for high-traffic leisure. Recognisable within seconds, and readable without explanation.

Odorano® — Odour Neutralising Oil

A technical composition that works on the malodour itself rather than layering fragrance over it. Specified for washrooms, waste and utility rooms, changing facilities, kitchens and back-of-house areas — the places where a pleasant scent on top of an unpleasant one is immediately obvious to a guest.

How the range is supplied

• 1 L as the working format for refill contracts and
  multi-site programmes; 50 ml and 120 ml
  for trials, sampling and single installations.
• Bulk formats — 1 kg and 20 kg, for distributors, scenting
  service providers and customers who refill on site or repack under their own brand. Quoted individually against volume and composition; tell us the annual quantity and we will come back with terms.
• Batch-to-batch consistency — the same composition, the
  same intensity, across every site and every reorder, which is what makes a scent usable as a brand asset rather than a decoration.
• Documentation on request — safety data sheets, allergen
  declarations and compliance files for tender and procurement processes.
• Private label and bespoke development — your own signature
  composition, your own packaging, produced and refilled from one European source.
