Home fragrance carries higher value per unit and supports a brand story in drugstore and home retail. Laundry fragrance builds the strongest repeat purchase. Aroma oils generate recurring refill revenue from professional customers rather than shelf sales. Usually yes, but it is not a transfer. Each application uses a different base and a different concentration, and each falls under its own regulatory regime, so the composition has to be rebalanced to smell consistent in the new format. A scent that works in a reed diffuser will not behave the same way in a laundry product or on paper without that work. We assess the fit before development starts and tell you what will change. Around 30 days on average across the range. The exact figure depends on the format, the size of the space, temperature and airflow, and — for diffusion systems — on how the equipment is set. We state the expected duration for the specific format and packaging at quotation stage, so you can put a defensible figure on the pack.

Three years, for products stored in their original packaging under normal warehouse conditions. Best before dates appear on the packaging and in the product documentation supplied with each shipment.

We manufacture the oils. Intensity and coverage are determined by the diffusion equipment as much as by the composition, so the same oil performs differently in different machines. Our aroma oils are formulated for standard cold-air (nebulising) systems, which means you can keep the equipment already installed and still choose your oil supplier on quality, consistency and cost.

Yes. ODORANO® is our odour neutralising technology, and it works on the malodour itself rather than masking it. It is available as a home air freshener format and as a professional diffusion oil for washrooms, waste and utility areas, changing facilities and back-of-house spaces.
