In times when travel is not easy finding a reliable supplier can sometimes be difficult<\/strong>. After all, you can write anything on the internet, pay for positive company and product reviews, and have a great website.<\/p>\n\n\n

At ELiX we manufacture a lot of products under private labels of our customers, where their logo \u2013 brand is visible on the products. In such a case our responsibility for the product is also a responsibility for the brand of our customers.<\/strong>
We learn and implement the best production and management practices in accordance with international standards. We verify that we have successfully implemented them and that we can follow their guidelines. That\u2019s why we end up with certificates and audits with a very good grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All audits that took place in 2021 we passed, the most important of which are:
1. audit conducted by SGS<\/strong><\/a> on behalf of CARREFOUR completed with A grade<\/strong>
2. audit performed by INTERTEK<\/strong><\/a> on behalf of TESCO, finished with 100% approval<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such audit ratings are made possible by the effective implementation of management systems described in ISO standards:
ISO 22716<\/strong><\/a>: Good Manufacturing Practices
ISO 9001<\/a><\/strong>: Process quality and management system
ISO 14001<\/strong><\/a>: confirms the implementation of environmental standards and is proof of our concern for the environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does the above have any impact on our operations and our products?<\/strong>
Definitely YES. A good measurable example is the level of complaints.
In 2021 we had 1 reclamation per 1.000.000 finished products sold <\/strong>(data for all 5ml<\/a> und 8 ml bottles sold<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
