Territorial and product exclusivity was formally agreed, protecting the distributor’s competitive position within their network.
RESULTS
The distributor successfully introduced the exclusive range to their retail network, differentiating their offer from all competing distributors calling on the same points of sale. The purpose-built display stand solution reduced the sell-in effort at individual retail points. Full compliance documentation removed listing barriers with larger petrol station chains, opening doors that were previously closed to the distributor’s catalogue.
